General Manager - International Schools

About the Company

We are searching for a seasoned and proactive General Manager to lead and manage the comprehensive operations and strategic vision of an international school.

Role Overview

This position involves directing both strategic and day-to-day operational leadership to ensure outstanding academic performance, sustainable institutional expansion, operational effectiveness, and delivering a superior educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the overall strategic direction and performance metrics of the international schools.
• Manage academic programs along with operational, financial, and administrative activities.
• Initiate and propel growth, development plans, and ongoing enhancement strategies.
• Ensure all school activities comply with applicable educational laws and standards.
• Assemble and lead effective leadership teams to drive institutional goals.
• Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with essential stakeholders for sustained success.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s degree or higher in an appropriate field.
• At least ten years of leadership experience, ideally within educational institutions.

Required Competencies

• Demonstrated expertise in overseeing large-scale operations and managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong capabilities in strategic leadership, business acumen, and financial management.
• Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence.
