Job description
About the Role
We are an international company delivering diverse outsourcing services and solutions across Europe. We seek a motivated and autonomous Human Resources Support Specialist to join our Dublin 13 office in a permanent capacity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage new hire onboarding by collecting and following up on personal and employment details, completing contracts, and issuing reference letters.
- Prepare bulk data uploads for the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Generate both routine and ad-hoc reports.
- Maintain and update the HR database accurately.
- Travel approximately 25% across the EU and UK as required.
- Participate in miscellaneous HR-related projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with strong organizational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both virtual and face-to-face.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines efficiently.
- Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player comfortable working with all levels of management, clients, and stakeholders.
- Dedication to fostering a positive, fair, and transparent HR culture.
