About the Role
We are an international company specializing in a broad spectrum of outsourced HR services and solutions throughout Europe. Currently, we seek a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Dublin 13, working primarily onsite. This permanent position offers a competitive salary based on experience along with a hybrid working arrangement initially consisting of four days onsite and one day remote, later shifting to three days onsite and two days remote after probation.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, external legal representatives, and employees.
- Establish and nurture strong working relationships with clients.
- Provide HR guidance aligned with best practices and relevant employment laws applicable to supported countries.
- Opportunity to mentor and potentially lead a team.
- Handle all facets of the employment lifecycle, focusing significantly on managing employee relations issues.
- Advise on critical areas such as disciplinary actions, performance management, long-term sickness, and matters requiring country-specific expertise.
- Proactively oversee employee relations, ensure legal compliance, and maintain HR policies pertinent to designated countries.
- Deliver proactive HR consultancy on key topics to employees.
- Manage personnel administration tasks, including contracts and database updates.
- Be prepared to travel approximately 25% within the EU and UK.
- Engage in various ad-hoc HR projects as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

Educational and Experience Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver and accept constructive feedback that builds trust and respect.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for ensuring accuracy.
- Resourceful, motivated, and capable of managing shifting priorities independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Sound judgment balancing company, managerial, client, and employee needs.
- Strong credibility and ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
