Overview and Responsibilities

As a Human Resources Specialist at J&T Express located in Khamis Mushait, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions specifically tailored to the logistics, express delivery, and supply chain industries. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting couriers, field staff, and operational personnel. Your duties will also include meticulous auditing of daily attendance logs using systems such as GAIA and BS, cross-checking discrepancies through CCTV footage, managing dispatch reporting, and controlling courier account access via platforms like GMS and JMS.

Additionally, you will support payroll activities by reconciling weekly deductions related to courier barrel/detection, processing monthly salary reviews and tickets, as well as assisting in final settlements. Managing employee relations is also critical, including overseeing the three-month probation period using KPIs and supervisor feedback, addressing grievances on-site, ensuring prompt offboarding processes, and managing sponsor transfer procedures.

This role demands maintaining comprehensive HR records including master employee data and contract trackers, and conducting monthly audits on active employee accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least two years of experience functioning as an HR Business Partner within logistics, express delivery, or supply chain sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling full-cycle recruitment, attendance auditing, payroll data entry, and employee relations especially pertaining to field staff.
• Strong capability in using Excel and workforce management operational systems to streamline HR processes.
