Role Overview
The Human Resources Specialist at Trade W is a full-time remote role focused on comprehensive employee lifecycle management in a vibrant, international trading setting. Responsibilities include administering HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding procedures, maintaining employment records, and assisting with performance management tasks. The position involves overseeing employee benefits and compensation documentation, providing personnel management support, addressing HR queries promptly, and collaborating with management on workforce planning. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, contributing to HR process enhancement, and promoting employee engagement initiatives are also key components of this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Human Resources management encompassing various employee lifecycle stages.
- Deep knowledge of HR policies and benefits, including compliance and documentation.
- Competence in personnel management, covering employee relations and performance assistance.
- Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking software, and basic reporting and data analysis.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills suitable for a remote, multicultural environment.
- Excellent organization, time management, attention to detail, and confidentiality handling.
- Awareness of labor laws and employment regulations; prior experience in finance or fintech sectors is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
