About the Role

Workistry is a global recruiting platform trusted by over 10 million professionals that connects recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers to foster efficient and meaningful professional networking worldwide. As part of the company’s expansion into Sri Lanka—a key market—this role will be pivotal in driving recruiting activities and partnerships locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing, attraction, and onboarding of top recruiters and hiring managers within Sri Lanka onto the Workistry platform.
• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients and recruitment firms seeking talent collaboration.
• Create and implement the growth strategy for the recruiter network in Sri Lanka.
• Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and alignment with hiring partners effectively.
• Act as the company representative at recruitment events, professional gatherings, and industry conferences throughout Sri Lanka.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience within Sri Lanka, either agency-side or in-house.
• Maintain a strong professional network of hiring managers, HR experts, or recruiters in Sri Lanka.
• Demonstrable success in recruitment placements across various industry sectors.
• Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Comfortable utilizing digital recruitment tools such as ATS systems, professional networks, and networking applications.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between USD 55,000 and 85,000 annually.
