Role Overview
The Human Resources Specialist position is a full-time, on-site role located in Eastern Saudi Arabia. This role primarily supports daily HR functions such as managing employee records, facilitating recruitment and onboarding procedures, and coordinating employee benefits alongside payroll information management. The specialist supports the implementation of HR policies, ensures adherence to local labor laws, and aids in performance management and employee relations efforts. Additional responsibilities include generating HR reports, addressing employee questions, and partnering with department heads to apply HR practices consistently while cultivating a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven capabilities in Human Resources and Personnel Management.
- Competence in HR Management and policy enforcement for efficient HR operations and legal compliance.
- Expertise in managing and communicating employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality with trust and integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with HR information systems; experience with HR software tools is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor legislation and regulatory requirements is highly valued.
