Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our team, responsible for managing full-cycle HR operations including Payroll, Government Relations, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Medical Insurance, and general HR functions within Saudi Arabia.
Key Duties
- Oversee and validate monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy in salaries, benefits, deductions, overtime, and employee entitlements.
- Compile payroll submissions and ensure adherence to the Wage Protection System (WPS) regulations.
- Track attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, and adjust payroll records as necessary.
- Maintain and update employee data on official Saudi platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
- Manage employment documentation including contracts, visa and Iqama renewals, job transfers, and related government communications.
- Collaborate with governmental bodies and external partners to comply with deadlines and processing requirements.
- Conduct the recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition through job postings, screening, interviewing, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Draft job offers, employment contracts, and handle pre-employment formalities.
- Address employee relations issues — inquiries, grievances, leaves, termination, disciplinary matters, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure human resources practices conform with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
- Administer medical insurance for staff and eligible dependents, including enrollment, claims management, and policy updates.
- Keep comprehensive, confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Generate periodic HR reports encompassing payroll, recruitment, headcount, employee metrics, insurance, and government compliance.
- Provide ongoing support for HR operations and coordinate with internal teams to maintain smooth workflows.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least one year of practical HR experience inclusive of payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and government liaison activities.
- Thorough understanding of Saudi Labor Law and regulatory frameworks governing HR.
- Experienced with Saudi governmental HR platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and WPS is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrates high attention to detail, maintains confidentiality, and can multitask effectively.
