Job Overview
We seek a proactive and accountable HR Executive to join our loan/finance department team. The role encompasses managing recruitment, employee coordination, attendance tracking, performance management, documentation, and overall HR operations. Candidates must possess effective communication, organizational skills, and thrive in a goal-oriented financial services setting.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for roles within loan/finance sectors.
- Identify and screen potential candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and various sourcing methods.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and facilitate subsequent hiring processes.
- Manage onboarding activities including documentation and induction.
- Maintain HR databases covering attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Liaise with departmental managers to address staffing needs and recruitment goals.
- Support performance evaluation and appraisal initiatives.
- Respond to employee inquiries and foster positive workplace relations.
- Organize training sessions and orientation programs for newcomers.
- Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Compile HR metrics concerning recruitment, attendance, attrition, and performance.
- Collaborate with payroll and administrative departments as necessary.
- Assist leadership in enhancing employee retention and minimizing attrition.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of personnel information.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong interpersonal aptitude and capacity to manage people effectively.
- Familiarity with recruitment methods and HR best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Capable of managing several responsibilities with timely completion.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on follow-up and coordination.
- Thrives in target-driven environments.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision making.
- Previous exposure to banking, lending, NBFC, or financial services sectors is beneficial.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications like MBA or PGDM in HR are advantageous.
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR operations, ideally within loan, banking, NBFC, or financial-services domains.
