Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Specialist to oversee and execute daily HR functions ensuring accuracy in employee records and adherence to internal policies and Saudi Arabian labor laws. This role involves managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, maintaining employee contracts and personnel files, and ensuring data accuracy across HR systems. The incumbent will also handle government-related HR platforms and provide timely support and reporting to HR and senior leadership.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administer daily HR operations ensuring seamless and precise execution.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Draft and review employee contracts while keeping personnel records current and accurate.
  • Maintain comprehensive and precise employee data across various HR platforms.
  • Track attendance and leave, updating records meticulously.
  • Assist payroll by validating employee information, attendance, and leave data.
  • Manage employee-related transactions on platforms like GOSI and other government HR services.
  • Supervise company data and accounts linked to governmental HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, proactively addressing possible infractions or penalties.
  • Monitor Saudization requirements, company classification, and employment support initiatives.
  • Follow up diligently on government requests such as applications, amendments, objections, and cancellations until resolution.
  • Track notifications and statuses on government portals regularly.
  • Collaborate with employees, departments, governmental bodies, and support units to resolve HR inquiries.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding employee information and HR documents.
  • Generate regular reports concerning HR operations, data accuracy, and compliance status.
  • Provide timely updates and strategic recommendations to HR and senior management.
  • Contribute towards refining HR processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Systems and Platforms

Proficiency in using Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Hadaf, Nitaqat, and Saudi Business Center platforms is expected.

Qualifications and Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in HR Operations, ideally involving Saudi governmental HR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and HR operational best practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with the government HR platforms mentioned above.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and preparing detailed reports.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple demands to meet deadlines.
  • Trustworthy in managing confidential employee data with integrity and discretion.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
