About the Role
The Human Resources Officer will assist in day-to-day HR operations and provide support to both employees and management. This role is vital to ensure that HR procedures are executed smoothly in alignment with organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Address daily HR inquiries and employee requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data and manage HR information systems.
- Handle processing of leave applications, attendance, and other employee-related administrative tasks.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new hires and the departure process for exiting employees.
- Prepare official HR correspondence, reports, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure that company HR policies and procedures are adhered to consistently.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve HR issues and coordinate activities.
- Safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of employee information at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- Possess between one and three years of professional experience in Human Resources roles.
- Strong communication skills coupled with solid organizational abilities.
- Basic proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated capability to manage sensitive employee data confidentially.
