About the Company
eranKEY IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its team and seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead key HR functions and contribute to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Implementing and overseeing training and development initiatives.
- Driving performance management systems and employee evaluations.
- Handling compensation schemes and employee benefits administration.
- Managing employee relations and resolving grievances effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with HR regulations and labor laws.
- Contributing to HR strategy, daily operations, and administrative duties.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of five years' experience in HR management roles.
- In-depth understanding of human resource policies and standard practices.
- Outstanding communication and leadership capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and human resource management systems (HRMS).
- Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving and decision-making acumen.
