Role Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the company's people strategy.
• Oversee and manage the performance management system and processes.
• Ensure full compliance with Irish employment legislation in company procedures.
• Handle all facets of employee relations effectively.
• Develop and review pay structures along with employee benefits and perks.
• Manage employee leave including sick leave, holidays, and personal time off.
• Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to facilitate career pathing and promotion planning.
• Partner with HODs on weekly and monthly payroll processing to align labour cost with budgets.
• Efficiently manage daily HR operations.
• Support management in performance evaluations and succession planning.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience in a comparable setting, exemplify high organisational skills and attention to detail, and exhibit a passion for excellence in People & Culture. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational abilities accompanied by strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to people development are essential.
