Overview
A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated and organised professional to join The River Lee as the People & Culture (Human Resources) Manager. This role invites an experienced HR expert eager to expand their career in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute and maintain the company's people strategy.
- Oversee and manage the performance management system and processes.
- Ensure full compliance with Irish employment legislation in company procedures.
- Handle all facets of employee relations effectively.
- Develop and review pay structures along with employee benefits and perks.
- Manage employee leave including sick leave, holidays, and personal time off.
- Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to facilitate career pathing and promotion planning.
- Partner with HODs on weekly and monthly payroll processing to align labour cost with budgets.
- Efficiently manage daily HR operations.
- Support management in performance evaluations and succession planning.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have substantial HR experience in a comparable setting, exemplify high organisational skills and attention to detail, and exhibit a passion for excellence in People & Culture. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organisational abilities accompanied by strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to people development are essential.
