Job description

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced personnel, collaborating closely with the Client to manage recruitment and staff placements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and promote the positive reputation of AMS International as an employer.
  • Lead sourcing and recruitment activities including coordination with MS Management, AMS management, and employment agencies; handle candidate interviewing, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding for new employees joining the company.
  • Supervise staff attendance, leave management, annual tickets, and maintain accurate personal records.
  • Provide counseling and resolve employee-related issues when needed.
  • Keep comprehensive personnel files and coordinate with AMS Head Office regarding immigration and labor law procedures.
  • Manage annual leave and sick leave schedules while maintaining communication with the client.
  • Engage annually with the client concerning staff bonuses and salary increments.
  • Drive process improvements and maintain staff communication lines.
  • Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, identifying any areas of ambiguity.
  • Coordinate with the client on onboarding, offboarding, office space changes, and other logistics.
  • Handle monthly payroll and invoicing tasks using client portals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in human resources management.
  • Strong communication abilities coupled with proficient PC skills.
  • Capable of working independently without supervision.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
  • Leadership capabilities with a people-centric approach.
  • Comfortable working within a multi-cultural and evolving work environment.
