Human Resources Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager with a solid background in Corporate Services Provider (CSP) environments to join our team located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience managing complete HR operations within CSP, business setup, corporate services, or professional services settings, coupled with a firm grasp of UAE employment laws and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire HR function and manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding.
• Lead all recruitment activities, onboarding processes, employee engagement programs, and offboarding procedures.
• Manage employee relations including handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and performance management.
• Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll coordination, and proper maintenance of employee records.
• Coordinate visa, work permit, insurance, and related employee documentation management.
• Design, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and internal workflows.
• Ensure strict adherence to UAE Labour Law and internal company policies.
• Collaborate closely with management and department heads for strategic manpower planning and workforce development.
• Support initiatives aimed at employee performance enhancement, training, career development, and retention.
• Prepare detailed HR reports and regularly communicate updates to senior management.
• Foster a professional and positive working environment within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of six years’ experience in HR roles, preferably within CSPs, corporate services, business setup, or similar professional services firms.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related HR practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and payroll management.
• Demonstrated ability managing HR processes in diverse workforce settings.
• Expertise in employee-related documentation, visa and work permit procedures, and compliance management.
• Strong communication capabilities along with leadership, interpersonal, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Preference given to candidates currently residing in the UAE and willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
