About the Role
Flow Interio Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the organizations HR functions. This position involves managing talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, performance appraisal processes, policy enforcement, compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee relations, all while supporting the companys growth objectives and nurturing a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive recruitment and talent acquisition efforts across various departments.
- Formulate and enforce HR policies, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, induction, probation confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Supervise attendance tracking, leave administration, employee record-keeping, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate performance management systems, conduct appraisals, and facilitate employee development programs.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and promoting a constructive workplace culture.
- Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing by providing relevant inputs and collaborating with the finance/payroll team.
- Maintain HR information systems (HRIS), update employee databases, and generate HR reports.
- Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and workforce allocation.
- Track recruitment metrics, employee attrition, and utilize HR analytics for informed decision-making.
- Organize training and development programs aligned with organizational needs.
- Uphold company policies and safeguard the confidentiality of employee information.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- MBA or PGDM with specialization in Human Resources or related fields is advantageous.
Experience Required
- Five to eight years of experience in Human Resources with a minimum of two years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and full employee lifecycle management.
- Exposure to industries such as construction, interior design, manufacturing, or real estate is preferred.
