Role and Impact

As the Human Resources Generalist focused on immigration, you will oversee mobility, immigration processes, and visa eligibility determinations for personnel relocating or traveling to Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include facilitating proper visa acquisitions for business travelers, supporting expatriates and nationals in obtaining work and residency permits, and collaborating with vendor networks to establish best practices.

You will ensure smooth onboarding processes, compliance with GOSI regulations, and sustained quality through cooperation with vendors, Public Relations Officers, and internal teams. Coaching junior staff members to ensure operational continuity and identifying opportunities to enhance processes with AI tools form part of your duties, contributing to regional and global HR transformation efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources or immigration-related roles within People teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and internal firm tools such as Box and Slack.
  • Wide-ranging skills in communication across various platforms, including internal/external communications, media relations, events, and executive communications.
  • Strong independent work capabilities with efficient deadline and priority management.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, including senior management, and manage diverse needs effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in simplifying complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives suitable for multiple formats.
  • Commitment to working onsite at least three days per week or more as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and digital formats.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.

Additional Information

You will be part of a Riyadh-based Human Resources team that ensures appropriate work authorizations, benefits access, and compliant travel management. The team collaborates closely with Financial Shared Services and Client Service Partners leadership to uphold risk management and maintain positive policies.
