Human Resources Generalist

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and driven Human Resources Generalist to oversee daily HR functions and enhance employee experiences. This position involves managing critical HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy enforcement, and HR administrative tasks.

The successful candidate should be a proactive collaborator possessing excellent interpersonal skills, a clear grasp of HR best practices, and the capability to foster strong relationships across organizational levels. Core Duties

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Act as a reliable HR resource for employees addressing their work-related concerns.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
• Implement and manage HR policies and processes compliant with UAE labor regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation.
• Facilitate performance management activities such as probation evaluations and development programs.
• Support training, learning, and employee development efforts.
• Assist in administering compensation and benefit programs.
• Generate HR reports and provide workforce data analytics and metrics.
• Handle employee relations with professionalism and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline (Bachelor's or Master's level).
• Between 3 to 5 years of comprehensive HR Generalist experience, ideally within a corporate setting and preferably in the Security sector.
• Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law and proven HR best practice application.
• Demonstrated expertise across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance review processes, and HR administration.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and HR information systems.
