About the Role
OISSG Consultancy seeks to place an experienced Human Resources Expert for a contractual position within a government sector in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess over 17 years of substantial experience in human resources, especially in contexts involving Qatari governmental organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of HR frameworks, operational procedures, and approval workflows pertinent to Qatari government institutions.
- Expertise in workforce planning, shaping organizational hierarchies, crafting detailed job descriptions, and developing comprehensive HR policies.
- Lead performance management initiatives and conduct training needs assessments effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a relevant bachelor's degree or an advanced postgraduate qualification.
- Advanced professional certifications in human resources or related fields.
- Exceptional communication abilities, coupled with strong skills in reporting and documentation.
