Human Resources Executive

About the Role

A well-established heavy-duty trucking company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Human Resources Executive to become a vital member of their team promptly. The selected candidate will play a key role managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and HR compliance with UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing suitable candidates.
• Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage onboarding procedures and all joining formalities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records and HR-related documentation for employees.
• Ensure all HR procedures align with UAE labor legislation and remain compliant.
• Assist with daily HR administrative duties and provide support in employee-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience working as an HR Executive or HR Generalist is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Practical experience in onboarding new employees.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational capabilities.
• Immediate availability to join the company is preferred.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, or a closely related sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
