Overview

A leading main contractor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Project Director to lead the execution of a major high-rise commercial development located in Riyadh. The role demands comprehensive oversight spanning the entire project lifecycle, with a focus on strategic operational governance and stringent adherence to supply chain timelines. The Project Director will ensure Tier-1 contractor excellence in managing complex mega-building developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project delivery.
• Manage interactions with clients and consultants to align project expectations and outcomes.
• Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) standards and rigorous Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures.
• Oversee profitability targets and assure the timely completion and handover of high-profile billion-SAR construction projects.

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Demonstrate a substantial history of directing large-scale building projects involving multi-billion SAR budgets.
• Showcase extensive leadership experience within Tier-1 main contracting companies.
• Exhibit advanced skills in managing large joint venture operations, full project profit and loss accountability, expediting engineering schedules, and navigating complex contractual environments.
