Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to assist the HR Business Partner (HRBP) at our Guwahati branch. This position involves close collaboration with employees, supervisors, and the central HR team to facilitate efficient daily HR operations while ensuring excellent employee relations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, personable, proactive, and adaptable to a dynamic branch environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HRBP with daily HR processes at the branch.
- Serve as the initial contact point for employee HR inquiries and support needs.
- Manage onboarding, transfers, exits, documentation, and comprehensive employee lifecycle activities.
- Collaborate with managers and staff to ensure flawless execution of HR policies and procedures.
- Keep precise employee records, HR trackers, and documentation up to date.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, payroll data inputs, and other HR-related operations.
- Liaise with central HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Administration, and other departments to address employee questions.
- Organize employee engagement programs, branch events, and internal HR initiatives.
- Monitor and follow up on HR to-dos to guarantee prompt completion.
- Assist the HRBP in recognizing employee concerns, recurring challenges, and opportunities to enhance the employee experience.
- Generate periodic HR reports and dashboards specific to the branch.
- Help implement HR policies and initiatives effectively at the branch level.
- Act as the foundational support for branch HR activities, ensuring employees receive efficient and responsive HR service.

- Previous experience supporting HR operations or HRBP functions is beneficial.
