Overview

Our client is a prominent multibrand fashion retailer with a significant footprint both in India and the Middle East, operating robustly in offline and online commerce channels. They are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with over seven years of HR experience, specifically within technology-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Function as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring effective execution.
  • Oversee performance management programs, talent reviews, succession planning, career pathing, and encourage internal mobility.
  • Identify skill and capability gaps; implement targeted learning and talent development programs.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, recognition, and retention efforts.
  • Analyze attrition trends and design retention strategies focused on critical and high-potential talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance teams on workforce planning, budgeting, and optimizing manpower.
  • Provide guidance to leadership on employee relations issues, performance matters, organizational changes, and critical people decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards leveraging people analytics to offer actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure integrated and compliant HR delivery by partnering with various HR functions.
  • Support organizational initiatives around change management, growth, restructuring, and cultivating a high-performance culture.
  • Continuously refine HR policies and processes to enhance employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness.

Candidate Eligibility

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/BE) paired with an MBA.
  • Professional Experience: 7 to 10 years serving as an HR Business Partner.
  • Industry Experience: Must have prior HR experience in a technology-centric sector; experience in GCC markets, retail technology, or e-commerce is highly advantageous.
