Role Overview
Bytes Software Services is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner based in Leatherhead to collaborate closely with senior leadership. This role involves guiding leaders through people management challenges, driving organizational transformation, and fostering an environment where teams can excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Form strategic partnerships with senior leaders by offering expert advice on people strategies and organizational matters.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness and improve employee experiences.
- Develop frameworks related to job architecture, career progression, and compensation structures.
- Enhance manager capabilities via coaching, guidance, and practical HR support.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with fairness, consistency, and commercial insight.
- Utilize employee feedback and engagement analytics to drive impactful business improvements.
- Support the advancement and maturity of the HR function across the organization.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic, commercial setting.
- Experience in executing strategic HR initiatives such as job architecture design, salary grading, and organizational design.
- Ability to confidently influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations coupled with comprehensive understanding of UK employment legislation.
- A pragmatic and commercially aware approach to balancing employee and business needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to build strong relationships.
