Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner will collaborate intimately with operational leaders and employees, delivering practical HR assistance throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This position demands adaptability in a dynamic operational setting, balancing responsibilities including employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational leadership to address daily HR issues and workforce needs.
- Advise on matters related to employee relations, performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and general HR inquiries.
- Facilitate recruitment processes, onboarding, personnel transfers, promotions, and employee separations.
- Work in close partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to fulfill manpower demands.
- Contribute to workforce and succession planning as well as employee development efforts.
- Enforce consistent application of HR policies and procedures across operations.
- Support probation assessments and performance management activities.
- Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers to foster strong engagement.
- Manage HR administrative processes related to QIWA, GOSI, employment contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Assist in the onboarding and mobilization of new hires.
- Maintain precise HR data including records, headcount, and reporting.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law and internal company standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar HR capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Understanding of QIWA, GOSI, and local employment procedures.
- Proven capability in managing employee relations and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to be stationed in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia.
