Job description
Role Overview
Our client seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner fluent in Arabic to collaborate closely with business leaders in driving strategic people initiatives that enhance organizational development and performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads and senior management to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
- Manage the complete performance review process including setting objectives, conducting mid-year and annual evaluations, and facilitating calibration meetings.
- Lead workforce planning activities such as forecasting headcount, organizational design, and succession planning.
- Offer expert advice on employee relations issues, disciplinary measures, and grievance resolution in compliance with local labor laws.
- Support talent management by identifying high-potential staff and developing effective retention plans.
- Serve as the primary resource for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
- Work alongside HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a cohesive employee journey.
- Assist in change management efforts, including restructuring and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Ensure all HR practices strictly comply with local labor regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, with strong proficiency in English communication.
- Demonstrated expertise in overseeing performance management cycles and workforce planning.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build trust at senior leadership levels.
- Strong analytical aptitude for interpreting HR data into strategic recommendations.
- Highly organized, discreet, and solution-focused with solid problem-solving capabilities.
