Role Overview
The Human Resources Assistant position is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai devoted to supporting the daily HR functions and employee services. Key duties involve maintaining up-to-date HR records, managing HRIS data entries, assisting with employee onboarding and exit formalities, and handling personnel files and contract documentation. This role assists with benefits management by facilitating enrollments, responding to employee questions, and coordinating with external service providers as required. The assistant also contributes to organizing training sessions by managing logistical details and attendance tracking and may offer support in recruitment tasks like scheduling interviews and preparing basic reports. Collaboration with the wider HR team is essential to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local labor laws while fostering a positive employee experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources and Human Resources Management, capable of supporting routine HR functions.
- Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for accurate employee data maintenance.
- Skills in benefits administration including managing enrollments, modifications, and handling employee inquiries.
- Ability to assist with training coordination such as arranging sessions, managing logistics, and monitoring participant attendance.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable field.
- Excellent organizational abilities, sharp attention to detail, and strong multitasking capacity in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation and ability to manage confidential information discreetly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; background in real estate or luxury service sectors is a plus.
