Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role requires sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best candidates to meet the company’s hiring objectives, helping the organization maintain competitiveness in a challenging talent market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through various online portals such as Naukri.com, Indeed, Monster, Shine, and LinkedIn.
• Search and screen resumes from extensive databases to identify suitable candidates.
• Learn and understand job requirements thoroughly.
• Efficiently sift through large numbers of resumes.
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing concepts and strategies.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with hiring managers.
• Demonstrate effective time management to handle recruitment tasks.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Collaborate well within team environments.
• Prepare and submit weekly progress reports on recruitment activities.
