Position Overview
The company is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to become a vital part of the manufacturing division. This role involves handling HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, conducting recruitment efforts, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and promoting organizational efficiency.
Key Duties
- Resolve employee issues in accordance with corporate policies and management advice.
- Manage HR processes including payroll, compensation assistance, and compliance with statutory requirements via third-party partners.
- Lead recruitment efforts to fulfill business hiring demands promptly.
- Cultivate healthy relationships between staff and leadership to maintain a supportive workplace culture.
- Facilitate coordination between external service providers and internal departments to address company needs.

Employment Details
- This is a full-time role with working hours from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
- The position reports directly to the Director.
- Work location is primarily onsite at Bahadurgarh, Haryana.
