Role & Responsibilities
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates.
- Provide support during offers, onboarding, and joining procedures.
- Maintain and organize candidate and employee documentation and records accurately.
- Update recruitment and employee information within Excel and Human Resource Management systems.
- Generate basic HR management information systems (MIS) and recruitment reports.
- Support HR events, such as walk-in recruitment drives and various HR activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or graduated in Human Resource Management, Management, or related disciplines.
- Possess strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Have foundational skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate keen attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
- Fresh graduates interested in HR recruitment are encouraged to apply.
