Core Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates from various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and job portals.
- Evaluate candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic screenings.
- Handle active recruitment demands within IT and ITES sectors.
- Organize and manage interviews alongside candidate follow-up communications.
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and trackers.
- Support hiring and onboarding processes.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Compensation Model
This internship operates on a performance-based compensation system rather than a fixed stipend. Earnings are directly linked to successful hires:
- ₹500 for each voice process hire.
- ₹250 for each non-voice process hire.
