Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of new employee onboarding via the internal HRMS system.
- Design and implement employee engagement programs that reflect the company's culture and business goals.
- Coordinate diverse employee-focused initiatives while maintaining regular communication to address concerns and grievances empathetically.
- Plan and lead events such as celebrations, town halls, team-building exercises, and maintain an annual calendar for engagement activities.
- Promote employee wellness through awareness campaigns and workplace health programs.
- Develop and introduce innovative HR initiatives aligned with organizational needs.
- Facilitate HR programs aimed at fostering a productive, harmonious work environment.
- Assess participation and success of engagement efforts by tracking relevant metrics.
- Contribute actively to wider company initiatives and projects as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva for creating compelling presentations and reports.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solving approach.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to meet goals independently.
- Well-informed, aware of current trends and general knowledge.
- Positive mindset with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude.
- Empathetic and attentive listener capable of understanding diverse employee perspectives.
- Experience working with HRMS/HRIS systems to manage employee data efficiently.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related discipline is required.
