About Hightekers Group
Hightekers Group is a global parent company operating two leading brands aimed at simplifying international employment and flexible work. Rivermate, our Employer of Record (EOR) business, helps companies hire and pay talent across 180+ countries without needing local entities, leveraging 15 years of experience and a network of 38 owned entities. Hightekers supports over 4,000 independent professionals worldwide by helping them increase earnings, reduce administrative burdens, and access employee benefits without altering client relationships.
This role is at the Group Level, providing broad operational support across both global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete onboarding to completion of visa processes, work permits, and right-to-work assessments across core operational markets.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on employment feasibility regarding visa and immigration questions during pre-sales and intake stages.
- Lead external vendor relationships and monitor global mobility partners for non-core regions, ensuring capacity adequacy, SLA compliance, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Operations to standardize global mobility and immigration processes across EMEA, creating clear SOPs for internal teams, clients, and supported workers.
- Work cross-functionally with Legal on worker classifications, Sales and Operations on intake schedules, and People/Legal teams regarding corporate risk and insurance policies.
- Maintain thorough immigration records, guaranteeing validity, security, and audit readiness of all work permits, visas, and compliance documents.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 3 to 5+ years of professional experience specifically in global mobility, immigration management, or visa processing within international corporate contexts or specialized providers.
- Has detailed knowledge of immigration laws, visa categories, right-to-work frameworks, and regulatory environments of key markets.
- Demonstrates experience managing vendors and quality control while coordinating between Legal, Sales, and Operations.
- Skilled in developing, standardizing, and documenting operational workflows and immigration feasibility frameworks.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, advanced Excel and Google Sheets functionalities, case management platforms, and modern HRIS systems.
- Educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, International Relations, Business Administration or equivalent practical experience; global mobility certifications (e.g. GMS, CRP) are advantageous.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; proficiency in additional regional languages is a strong benefit.
Benefits and Perks
- Paid time off covering all legal annual leave entitlements plus all official public holidays based on your country of employment to support work-life balance. For some positions servicing international markets, public holidays correspond to the assignment region rather than contract location.
- Access to a dedicated learning platform and corporate budgets promoting continuous professional development and upskilling.
- Cash rewards for successful employee referrals to the company.
- Private corporate health insurance coverage activated after one year of employment.
