About WSA

WSA is a leading company dedicated to enhancing people's lives through innovative hearing aid solutions and hearing health services. Operating globally with 12,000 employees across 130 countries, WSA strives to increase access to hearing care in underserved markets by transforming its business and employee experience through advanced HR technologies.

Role Overview

Join our HR Excellence team to enrich employee engagement by ensuring reliable, user-friendly HR platforms. You will provide essential support for the Workday HCM system and HR service delivery solutions, collaborating with HR, IT, and business teams to maintain smooth system operations, uphold data integrity, and drive ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including availability, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and integration upkeep of Workday and related HR Service Delivery systems.
  • Deliver first and second-level HRIS support by diagnosing and resolving system issues with HR, IT, and vendors, escalating incidents when necessary.
  • Assist in Workday configuration, testing, managing releases, producing documentation, deploying updates, and maintaining service management components such as templates, routing rules, and service level agreements.
  • Keep HRIS documentation current — including workbooks, design documents, and configuration catalogs — ensuring audit readiness and smooth governance.
  • Ensure high data quality standards through rigorous reporting, dashboard monitoring, validation controls, and adherence to HR master data policies across Workday.
  • Take ownership of HRIS governance tasks such as compliance reporting, access management, audit support, and continuous data quality improvements.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience with global cloud-based HRIS platforms, ideally with Workday HCM exposure or a strong interest in HR technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Service Management or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes combined with hands-on experience in HRIS configuration, reporting, security frameworks, and service management functionalities.
  • Proficient in data literacy concepts including data modeling, strategic data handling, reporting techniques, quality controls, and governance principles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills facilitating effective partnerships with HR, IT teams, senior HRIS stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • A proactive approach dedicated to continuous improvement, exhibiting integrity, meticulous attention to detail, accountability, and an emphasis on automation, standardization, and elevating user experience.
