HR Systems & Reporting Analyst

Role Overview

This permanent, full-time position located in Citywest operates with a hybrid work model. The HR Systems & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the ongoing administration of SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on user management, system maintenance, data accuracy, security, and reporting. Collaboration with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors is key to ensure the HR technology environment is reliable, secure, and meets business analytics needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational support and administration of SAP SuccessFactors and connected HR systems.
• Serve as a primary contact for system-related inquiries, incidents, and service requests post initial HR Operations triage.
• Investigate technical issues, determine root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external teams.
• Track support tickets and ensure timely resolution within service level agreements.
• Assist with system releases, upgrades, maintenance, and testing, ensuring documentation and user support materials remain current.
• Provide training and guidance to HR users to enhance system utilization and user experience.
• Generate, maintain, and distribute standard and custom HR reports and dashboards aligned with stakeholder needs.
• Ensure data quality through regular audits, reconciliations, validations, and data correction processes, maintaining data security and access controls in line with role-based permissions.
• Coordinate technical integration monitoring between SAP SuccessFactors, payroll, and other enterprise systems, addressing any data transfer faults.
• Support change management by creating documentation and providing training to facilitate smooth adoption.
• Maintain accurate records of system activities including access logs, approvals, and changes for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least three years' experience working with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central module preferred), focusing on user administration, security, and reporting functions.
• Proficient understanding of HR data management, reporting standards, and data quality assurance.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with HR analytics platforms is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with SuccessFactors reporting tools, People Analytics, integrations between HR/payroll systems, Power BI, multi-country HR environments, GDPR, and HR data governance.
• Certifications related to SuccessFactors or HR technology are beneficial.
