About Emirates Flight Catering

Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Craft and apply robust manpower forecasting models across various business segments to accurately predict workforce needs, aligned with the company’s manpower strategy, business growth, and industry trends.
- Analyze workforce data to detect patterns and trends, and prepare insightful reports and presentations to guide senior management and stakeholders in making data-informed decisions.
- Set standards for employee engagement including shift preferences, breaks, rest days, and equitable workload distribution by negotiating and collaborating with stakeholders and managing change processes that facilitate manpower planning and budgeting.
- Ensure validation of manpower proposals with system reports and templates, confirming adherence to shift and roster rules.
- Conduct audits and reviews within defined timelines to verify compliance with approved manpower recommendations.
- Analyze business cases and profitability metrics using financial tools, recommending timely and suitable business solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business processes affecting manpower budgets and propose improvements to senior leadership.
- Lead initiatives in manpower planning, analysis, and optimization to streamline costs, boost operational efficiency, and align with corporate strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Have at least five years of experience in resource management or manpower planning, including a minimum of two years within catering, airport, or related operational sectors.
- Experience with airport resource management systems in large organizations is a plus.

- Skillful in planning and organizing tasks.
- Capable in data collection, analysis, storytelling, and proficient use of Power BI.
