About the Role
Ideas Window seeks a motivated and qualified HR Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and well-versed in HR operations, including familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and related government platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leaves, absences, and manage employee files accurately.
- Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding processes.
- Draft, issue, and monitor job offers, employment contracts, renewals, and terminations.
- Execute employee-related procedures using official government platforms.
- Utilize platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, among others.
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll coordination, employee benefits, and entitlements.
- Develop, implement, and uphold HR policies, procedures, and internal work regulations.
- Oversee probation periods, contract renewals, and employee performance assessments.
- Prepare detailed HR reports, statistics, and workforce documentation.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive working environment.
- Ensure strict adherence to Saudi Labor Law and all relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of substantial experience in human resource functions.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven hands-on experience with Saudi governmental HR platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, communication skills, and meticulous follow-up.
- Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Good command of English language is preferred.
