Overview

Kataria Automobiles is seeking an HR Recruiter to oversee the end-to-end hiring process. The role involves attracting, evaluating, and selecting candidates to meet organizational staffing objectives while cultivating a robust talent pool aligned with company needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates through diverse channels such as employment portals, social media platforms, and professional connections.
• Screen applicants by evaluating resumes and conducting preliminary telephone interviews.
• Arrange and facilitate interviews between prospective employees and department heads.
• Handle the offer process, including negotiating salaries and performing background verifications.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking system data along with monitoring key recruitment performance indicators.

Requirements

• Previous experience functioning as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist is essential.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and networking over professional platforms.
• Strong ability in effective communication, managing time efficiently, and negotiating terms.
• Educational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 15,000 and 18,000.
