HR Recruiter

About the Role

This position is for an HR Recruiter responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT roles based in Mira Road, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be passionate and target-driven, ensuring effective talent acquisition throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Identify and source candidates through online job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
• Arrange interview schedules and facilitate feedback communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Conduct salary negotiations and extend employment offers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and manage candidate databases efficiently.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to meet hiring goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Graduation in any field; candidates with an MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources are preferred.
• Between 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally 0.6 to 2 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates.
• Experience with job portals and using MS Office, especially Excel.
• Capability in negotiation and coordination with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Details

• Immediate joining candidates are preferred.

Compensation

The offered salary ranges from INR 10,000 to INR 22,000 per month.
