About the Role

Bhagwati Foam Industries is seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join their team in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely hiring to meet organizational needs while maintaining thorough recruitment documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals
• Evaluate and shortlist resumes followed by conducting preliminary interviews
• Schedule and coordinate further interviews with respective department heads
• Manage ongoing communication with candidates regarding their hiring status and joining procedures
• Keep accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring reports for management
• Assist with new employee onboarding and related HR administrative tasks
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate database to support future recruitment efforts

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Between 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment activities preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage stakeholders
• Proficient with job search platforms and Microsoft Excel for data management
• Capable of handling multiple recruitment openings simultaneously and achieving hiring objectives
