HR Recruiter

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and efficient HR Recruiter to join our HR department. The selected person will be in charge of handling the entire recruitment process, sourcing the best candidates, and guaranteeing a seamless and engaging experience for applicants. Collaboration with hiring managers to accurately assess staffing demands is key to this role.

Key Duties

• Oversee all stages of recruitment, from sourcing applicants to onboarding new employees.
• Partner with hiring managers to gather detailed hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Design and publish job postings across various platforms including online job portals, social media channels, and the company’s career page.
• Identify potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and diverse recruitment avenues.
• Review resumes and perform initial candidate interviews to shortlist suitable applicants.
• Organize and schedule technical rounds and final interviews with relevant hiring teams.
• Maintain comprehensive candidate records and recruitment tracking systems for transparent monitoring.
• Carry out reference and background verifications when required to ensure candidate suitability.
• Manage offer discussions and salary negotiations to finalize employment agreements.
• Facilitate onboarding processes to help new employees integrate smoothly.
• Develop and maintain an active pool of talented candidates for future recruitment needs.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, recruitment costs, and offer acceptance ratios.
• Remain aligned with company policies and adhere to employment legislation throughout recruitment activities.
