Key Responsibilities
- Managing recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Hiring for engineers, sales personnel, and administrative staff.
- Overseeing employee onboarding and maintaining documentation.
- Handling attendance records and general HR management activities.
- Tracking employee performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintaining effective communication and proactive follow-up with candidates and employees.
Requirements
- Prior experience of 2 to 5 years in HR roles.
