Olive Green Consulting Llp is seeking a motivated HR Recruiter based in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role involves hands-on field recruitment targeting blue-collar positions with responsibilities ranging from sourcing to onboarding candidates for various locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract candidates through field visits, online job portals, referrals, and local community connections.
• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability.
• Organize further interview processes and manage candidate joining formalities efficiently.
• Handle recruitment in large volumes across multiple sites, maintaining a continuous pool of potential hires.
• Consistently meet daily and monthly hiring objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate data and recruitment status reports.
• Collaborate regularly with the HR team to provide updates and align recruitment strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Preferred graduate-level education.
• Minimum of one year experience in recruitment, particularly field hiring.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel locally within Bengaluru for field activities.
• A goal-driven and self-starting attitude.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with job portals is preferred.
• Experience in blue-collar recruitment is advantageous.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹30,000 along with incentives, rewarding performance and meeting recruitment goals effectively.
