About the Role

Brainware University is seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Recruiter based in Barasat, West Bengal. This role requires managing full-cycle recruitment processes in a fast-paced setting, focusing on achieving aggressive hiring goals across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead intensive recruitment efforts for academic, corporate, and operational positions.
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new employees.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a robust talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews efficiently and accurately to shortlist suitable applicants.
• Maintain recruitment management information systems (MIS), trackers, and generate hiring reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of practical recruitment experience, preferably with volume hiring exposure.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously under pressure.
• Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and major job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-driven with a strong results orientation, able to meet tight deadlines effectively.
