HR Recruiter

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Recruiter to actively manage the hiring process, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates to meet company staffing needs. This role involves identifying and attracting applicants, assessing their suitability, facilitating interviews, and assisting in onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates via job boards, social networking sites, referrals, and other recruitment methods.
• Screen resumes to shortlist candidates aligning with job criteria.
• Conduct preliminary candidate evaluations including telephonic interviews.
• Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update records of candidate progress during recruitment stages.
• Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in offer letter preparation, joining formalities, and orientation procedures.
• Meet recruitment targets within stipulated deadlines.
• Foster positive interactions with both candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Graduation completed; preferred qualifications include M.Com, MBA, or B.A.
• Minimum one year of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Basic proficiency in English communication.
• Experience in Gold, Gems & Jewellery or related industries such as Watches and Accessories is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and aptitude for candidate engagement.
• Self-driven with the capability to achieve recruitment objectives independently.

Work Details & Compensation

• Working hours: Day shift, full-time position.
• Salary range: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month.
• Fixed basic salary between ₹25,000 and ₹28,000 with additional incentives up to ₹2,000.
