HR Recruiter

Overview

We invite applications for the role of HR Recruiter to enhance our recruitment team, focusing on hiring Delivery Executives for top quick-commerce and food-delivery firms including BigBasket, Blinkit, and Swiggy.

Key Duties

• Identify and attract candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach calls.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential applicants to inform them of job openings.
• Assess candidates against eligibility criteria and job specifications.
• Manage scheduling of interviews, collection of relevant documents, and candidate onboarding processes.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates until their successful joining and onboarding.
• Compile daily recruitment data and maintain candidate records meticulously.
• Meet both daily and monthly recruitment targets to fulfill organizational staffing needs.
• Collaborate with operations teams to facilitate efficient deployment of candidates.
• Ensure candidates experience a seamless hiring process from application to onboarding.

Candidate Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th standard pass.
• Open to freshers; prior experience in recruitment or telecalling considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills are essential.
• Basic proficiency with MS Excel or Google Sheets is required.
• Capability to work towards set daily performance goals.
• Preference given to individuals with backgrounds in delivery services, BPO, telecalling, or large-scale recruitment.
