HR Operations & People Manager

About the Role

This role focuses on comprehensive HR operations and people management, including the full spectrum of hiring processes, payroll management, employee onboarding and offboarding, documentation, attendance and leave administration, policy formulation, grievance handling, and fostering employee engagement. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR processes independently from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for both white-collar and blue-collar positions across the organization.
• Oversee payroll procedures ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities alongside maintaining employee records and documentation.
• Administer leave and attendance management systems.
• Address employee grievances and implement policies to resolve issues.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.
• Establish and streamline HR processes from scratch to meet organizational needs.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Possess 3 to 4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in hiring procedures, payroll handling, onboarding, documentation, attendance and leave management, as well as grievance resolution.
• Capability to manage both white-collar and blue-collar employee recruitment and HR functions.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR processes.
