Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience in the UAE. This leadership role is crucial for driving the organization’s growth, building effective teams, and aligning HR with our business goals in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the complete HR function company-wide

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and relevant regulations

Requirements

• At least 15 years of HR experience with significant leadership roles in the UAE market
• Demonstrated ability to build and expand HR operations effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor laws and local employment landscape
• Strong executive presence and proficient stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
