About the Role

Trends Innovative Concepts Private Limited is seeking a proactive and meticulous HR Manager to oversee comprehensive HR functions within our real estate firm based in Pune, Maharashtra. The role demands managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and assuring streamlined HR operations aligning with organizational policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.
• Collaborate with department heads to determine and fulfill hiring needs, maintaining an up-to-date candidate database and recruitment tracking system.
• Address employee inquiries and grievances with professionalism, maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, and foster employee engagement through various initiatives and activities.
• Oversee attendance and leave management, ensure proper payroll input collection, coordinate efficiently with the accounts team for salary processing, and guarantee punctual and accurate disbursement of salaries.
• Prepare and issue employment-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and organizational HR policies.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and internal company policies, maintaining all necessary statutory documents and compliance records.
• Support the performance management system by assisting with appraisals, monitoring employee performance, and facilitating improvement plans where necessary.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is INR 22,000 to INR 35,000 per month.
