HR Manager

Job Overview

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, covering recruitment, onboarding, documentation, training, policy management, leave coordination, and candidate pipeline maintenance to ensure smooth HR operations across departments.

Key Duties

• Manage full onboarding processes for new hires, including introduction to company culture, processes, and expectations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive employee documentation systems for both digital and physical records, including offer letters and related documentation.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job specifics.
• Deliver appropriate training modules and provide orientation to new employees on company policies, culture, and operational norms.
• Establish, document, and communicate company-wide policies, norms, and guidelines consistently across all departments.
• Handle leave management processes by receiving applications, coordinating approvals with department heads, and maintaining accurate leave records.
• Maintain and update a candidate pipeline of shortlisted but unselected applicants to quickly fulfill urgent staffing needs.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 30,000 to INR 40,000.
